  1. Measurement marks 2 Star Review

No measurement marks on this tape, makes it way more difficult to use. Usually buy the big rolls and am very pleased. Quality of the tape is Great, but not user friendly.

  2. Rocktape 5 Star Review

ordered tape and it arrived in 2 days. Child has patellofemoral syndrome and is also allergic to most adhesives used in strapping tapes, BUT not Rocktape. Works well, just expensive to use.

I have used other k tapes from different companies and Rocktapes are the best. They stay sticky for so long and does the job!
    Highly recommend.

  4. God sent 5 Star Review

I have been using Rock tape for the last 8 weeks and find it to be an awesome product. Gone are the days of strapping muscles so they can't move and gone are the days of having reactions to tape. It is nice to know the muscle is supported but still functioning to improve its strength.

Absolutely AMAZING product!! A friend recommended for me to try for the Wellington Marathon. i had been having a bit of problems with my shins and left knee. I taped them both with rocktape on the day and my god! i couldnt beleive the effect it had. i didnt feel the shin the entire marathon, felt the knee but the support the rock tape gave was amazing and was able to push through easy. Also bet my last marathon time of 19 minutes!!!! would not have done that without the tape thats for sure! will be using always now when needing it and recomending it to others too :) THANK YOU ROCK TAPE!! YOU ROCK!!! what a fantastic product

  6. You'd think there was medication in this stuff 5 Star Review

I saw kinesiology tape used by competitors at the 2010 CrossFit Games and decide that it was mainly decoration. Last year a physiotherapist taped an injured rotator cuff and I realised there really was something to this stuff. A few weeks back I decided to give Rocktape a try to fix a long standing problem with Achilles tendonosis.
I watched the taping videos, applied it carefully and somewhat clumsily as per the instructions and the pain was gone. Not relieved, not better, gone. So much so that with the left ankle taped I noticed that my right ankle, which I thought was healed, was still a little sore and tight. Unusually for me I took it carefully and didn’t immediately launch into box jumps, sprints and double-unders and a few days later when I changed the tape my range of motion in the taped ankle had improved enormously.
I’m sitting here with the tape off today to assess how things stand and it’s holding up quite nicely. I’ll be taping back up for a while yet, but this is extremely promising.

I can’t figure out how this stuff can work so well.
It doesn’t feel like it should be doing anything and yet the effect is miraculous.

The tape applies and adheres well. The adhesive has not irritated my skin after nearly a week of continuous wear, something I was worried about.

And of course, it works. Far better than I could have hoped.

I'm positive this tape got me through my half marathon the other week. I was struck down by shin splints in my right leg in the last four weeks before the Dunedin half marathon. I hardly trained in the few weeks leading up to it but went for a run a week out from the event. I was hampered by shin splints and was hobbling till the Wednesday before the Sunday event. I knew that nothing could stop the shin splints from flaring up after the 21.1 km run but I was just worried that they would flare during it, which would make it impossible to finish. After all, since they had come on I had not run more than 5km so I wasn't confident of my leg lasting 21.1 km. Anyway I got the tape and taped up my right leg before the run and it got me through the 21.1 km and they didn't actually flare up till later that night. I have been using it to recover as well and it feels great. I know that my shin splints are quite severe and it will take a month or two of no running on hard surface for them to completely go away but this tape is a great product. Love the way it comes with instructions on how to tape up all sorts of parts of the body and for what injury.
